Our partners have extensive experience with the Big Four and some of the top national middle market firms in America.  In 2008, they left the large firms to start Mueller, Pye & Associates with locations in both Katy, TX and Loveland, CO.  Our clients are small to mid-size business owners who are looking for a business advisor, not “just a tax return”. 

 

We are seeking an individual to join our team to help during tax season from January 15 – April 15 for 30 – 40 hours per week.  Depending on experience, the individual will be working in the office for a minimum of 3 days per week.  The team member will focus on preparation of business and individual tax returns. 

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Tax or related field.


• Minimum of 1-3 years public accounting experience with an emphasis in preparation of a variety of tax returns including individual, corporate, and partnership.


• Current CPA or CPA candidate is a plus.


• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)


• Prior experience with various accounting software packages
